- Who is Glamour Home?

- I want to sell Glamour Home products. How do I get started?
Please email us at cs@glamourhomedecor.com with your information (your contact info, website URL, store front location etc.) together with your reseller certificate and tax ID. Your emails will be replied within 48 business hours.
3. How long does it take to ship your products?
All orders will be processed within 1 business day. For ground shipments, FedEx guarantees deliveries within 2-6 business days.
- Do you provide warranty for your products?
Glamour Home provides 30-day manufacturer warranty for parts. Claims need to be filed within 30 days after the item has been received, and free parts will be provided.
5. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns within 30 days after the item is received by customer. Item needs to be in its original packaging and in resalable condition when it returns to our warehouse, in order to receive refund. Glamour Home will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Do you refund for lost packages?
If package is lost during shipping we will cover the cost and send replacement or issue refund to customer. If there is proof of delivery by the shipping carrier then no refund will be issued.
7. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or overseas?
No. We are only able to ship to 48 contiguous states of the United States.
